The Experience

Create your own mini pumpkin patch this May half term and watch your pumpkins grow all summer! Plant 4 different pumpkin varieties - some as young seedlings, others from seed - and see the complete growing journey from tiny seed to harvest-ready pumpkin.

Build a rustic hazel tipi climbing frame, make a name sign for your patch, and return in October to collect all the pumpkins you've grown. It's gardening, building, and outdoor fun rolled into one memorable family experience.

How It Works

🎃 October Visit (30 mins) Return to harvest all your pumpkins - get a keepsake photo of your haul - and you keep everything that grew!

What's Included

Your First Visit (May - approx 2 hours):

Your Second Visit (October - approx 30 mins):

✓ Take them home for carving, cooking, or decorating

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't make the October harvest visit? We can arrange an alternative date or you can collect your pumpkins at our autumn Pick Your Own pumpkin patch event.

What varieties will we plant? We'll plant a mix of decorative and culinary pumpkins including classic orange, mini varieties, and specialty types. The exact varieties depend on what's thriving at planting time!

What happens if the weather is bad? We're a working farm - a bit of rain won't stop us! Please dress appropriately. In extreme weather we'll contact you to reschedule.

How many pumpkins will we harvest? It depends on growing conditions, but typically families harvest 10-20 pumpkins of various sizes from their 3m² patch.

Can we visit during the summer to see our patch? While we can't accommodate individual visits, we'll send you a photo update in summer so you can see your pumpkins growing!
