Choose Your Pumpkins
Big ones. Little ones. Orange ones. Beautifully weird and wonderful coloured ones. And plenty of gourds for decorating the house too.
Our pumpkins will already have been harvested ready for your visit, so this isn't a traditional Pick Your Own field where you cut pumpkins from the vine.
Instead, we'll be filling the courtyard with abundant harvest displays where you can wander through and choose your favourites.
Some of the pumpkins have been grown here at Pontybat, with additional pumpkins brought in from other growers to make sure there's plenty of choice.
There's no entry charge and you simply pay for the pumpkins you choose.
Pumpkins are available while stocks last.
More Than Just Pumpkins
We wanted The Great Pumpkin Harvest to feel like a proper celebration of Autumn.
So once you've chosen your pumpkins, there's plenty more to discover around the courtyard.
Have a go at our pumpkin games, complete the photo challenge, discover how pumpkins grow and explore our Autumn displays.
And because we much prefer beautiful Autumn to scary Halloween, you won't find horror trails or frightening displays here.
Think harvest rather than Halloween.
It's a relaxed Autumn day out near Brecon for children, parents, grandparents — and dogs too.
Step Inside Our Autumn Shop
Autumn doesn't stop at the pumpkin displays.
Inside the shop we've created a series of displays inspired by the abundance of the season. Overflowing flowers and foliage, candlelight, beautiful table linens, apples, pumpkins and all those little details that make you want to hurry home and make everything feel cosy.
You'll find our own handmade home fragrance, seasonal pieces for the table and home, flowers and stems, little Autumn treats and ideas for recreating some of our displays at home.
Take your time and have a wander. Steal an idea or two. We really don't mind.
Stop For Something Delicious
Our pop-up seasonal café will be open throughout The Great Pumpkin Harvest.
We'll be serving a small menu of things that feel right for a chilly October day, including homemade cakes, Welsh cakes, pumpkin soup, proper coffee and tea, hot chocolate and our Pumpkin Spice Latte.
At weekends, we'll light the fire pit too. Somewhere to warm your hands, toast a marshmallow and soak up the atmosphere for a little while longer.
Because frankly, if there's ever a time for hot chocolate, cake and sitting beside a fire, October in Mid Wales is probably it.

Parking and entry to The Great Pumpkin Harvest are free, and you don't need to book.

And When Autumn is Over...
Copper & Holly is a seasonal little place.
Once the pumpkins have disappeared and we've packed Autumn away, we'll start transforming everything ready for our Christmas Shop.
But we're not thinking about that just yet.
