Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping with the United Kingdom, and all orders will receive our standard free delivery.

Our standard free delivery is a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service, but at checkout you have the option to upgrade to a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour.

For larger parcels, we may use either FedEx or DHL, and these are automatically posted using their 24 hour service.

We will process your order within 24 hours of being submitted, ready for sending to the fulfilment centre the next working day after processing.  Please note that the fulfilment centre does not open on Saturdays/Sundays.  Your order will be updated with your tracking number, and you will receive an email notification with it.

For click and collect orders, we aim to process within 24 hours, ready for collection within 24 hours.  Please always contact us before making a special trip, as outside of the Christmas barn opening dates, there may not be anybody present at the farm to help you.
